Only what an engagement requires: your name, how to reach you, and what you have asked us to do. Where a project needs financial or title information, we ask for it directly and tell you why at the time.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we never pass it to brokers, lenders or marketing services. We share only what your project needs: with contractors working on it under our supervision, and with a developer whose property you are considering, only with your consent.
Your name, address, drawings, and the value of your property are confidential by default. Nothing about your project is published, shown to another client, or used in our own material without your written consent.
We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential ones keep the site working and are always on. With your agreement, we also use analytics and advertising tools to understand how the site is used and to show our work to people likely to find it relevant. These tools may set cookies and share limited data with the companies that provide them, and they may change as the site develops. We never sell what they collect. Our typefaces are served by an external font service, which receives your browser’s address in order to deliver them. You choose when you first visit, and you can change your cookie choice at any time.
Because we work with clients in more than one country, your information may be held or used outside the country you live in. Wherever it is, it is protected to the standard set out on this page.
Enquiry details are kept while a conversation is live and removed on request. Project records are retained as long as our warranty obligations run, because a record you may need later is a record we must still hold.
You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and a person will answer, in plain language, within a working week. If you are not satisfied, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a contract. Every engagement is governed by a signed engagement letter that names the scope, the stages, and what each party owes the other.
The descriptions of our disciplines and our standards are written to be accurate, and we correct them when they cease to be. They describe how we work, not a guarantee of a particular outcome on a particular project.
Drawings, studies, photographs, and text on this site belong to Orusso or are published with a client’s permission. They may not be reproduced or presented as another practice’s work.
Any specialist we bring onto your project is agreed with you in writing beforehand, works to our standard under our supervision, and their work on it remains our responsibility.
Our pages on Instagram and LinkedIn are run by those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
When our practice changes, these terms change with it. The date at the top of this page shows the version in force.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
